This site will register your application for Walsall’s Housing Register. The council does not own any social rented homes. Housing associations provide the council with 50% of their empty homes on a weekly basis, so we can match those with a need from the housing register.
Your application will be assessed against our Housing allocations policy.
The process is in 2 parts. You will need to register on the portal firstly then complete your application. This will mean you will need to have details of your household to hand and also ensure you upload documents to support your application.
